About Warranty

All products are under five year warranty. (Excluding the accessories).
We offer free repair service for quality problem in first year after purchase, ad buyer pay 2 ways shipping cost.
The spare parts and accessories are not under warranty.
If the item is defective on its arrival, the customer has 3 days to from the receipt date to exchange a new one. We just pay one way shipping charge from China to you, and we will reship the replaced one to you by China air mail. Please make sure all items are no damage and in resalable condition when we receive it. Please also offer quality proof of quality problem.
Please must check the package on its arrival in front of the courier. If you find the parcel is damaged or the device is broken, please refuse to sign the parcel and contact us ASAP. We also need your proof from the shipping company that the parcel is damaged on its arrival, and then we can claim again the shipping company for compensation. Otherwise we do not accept any claims for compensation from the buyer.
